1. JOURNEY CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
Passengers must inform us in writing if they wish to cancel the journey. Cancellation of journey through telephone will not be accepted.
2. Loss-payment rate
Passengers will be liable for cancellation of journey at the following rates:
*Cancellation before 120 days: 15 percent of the total tour price.
*Cancellation before 60 days: 20 percent of the total tour price.
*Cancellation before 45 days: 30 percent of the total tour price.
*Cancellation before 30 days: 40 percent of the total tour price.
*Cancellation before 15 days: 50 percent of the total tour price.
*Cancellation 7 days before: 60 percent of the total tour price.
*Cancellation 3 days prior: 75 percent of the total tour price.
